Returns & Refunds
IMPORTANT - Please note that all our products are made on a bespoke basis. We don't hold stock of any printed items. We only stock blank products and print up customer orders as and when we receive them. This means that we DON'T ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES unless the product is defective in some way. So especially when ordering clothing please take great care to ensure you have ordered the correct size. If in doubt please contact us before ordering and we will attempt to give you the exact dimensions of your chosen item.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We suggest you initially contact us by email and tell us why you think the product is defective. It would be useful if you could also send a photograph. We may then ask you to return the product back to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
